"Very positive experience with Seth Terres, Mr Terres was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, he covered just about every detail regarding State farm policies, even went to the extreme of looking over my current insurance company and found many errors not beneficial to me . I initially stopped in the pair prices and policies, State farm may be a little bit more expensive but offering a lot better coverage protection . When my policy expires with progressive I will very strongly consider switching to State farm which was my previous insurance company. Switched prematurely because of price. "back in December I had a deer run out in front of me while taking my kids to school. Bumper, headlight and assorted other damage to my Tesla. I messaged my State Farm agents and they had started working on everything even before I got home. Before lunch I had everything scheduled. The longest time came with having to wait for my appointment at the repair center. Once it was there, smooth sailing. After hearing horror stories from others with Tesla's I have to admit, I was worried. But those worries were unfounded. Between State Farm and the Tesla collision center, there was no back and forth, fighting over parts like others I had talked to. My advise for anyone with a Tesla, go with State Farm. If you can work with Billye and Brent and their team, I would recommend them over anyone else, they and their team are fantastic to work with."
